Prior to TechFiber, Sh Agarwal was Director on board at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) where he headed the GSM, 3G, CDMA, and WiMAX business lines as well as Director (Planning & New Services), where he headed the entire country’s networks planning and up gradation. He has more than 40 Years of rich experience across various access technologies: Mobility; Broadband; and Optical Fiber wkg in Government of India in various senior positions. He has many recognitions and certifications to his credit.
