As Chief Technology Expert designate in TechFiber, Rakesh Agarwal works with the senior leadership team at the company to plan and design the Optical Fiber and wireless network infrastructure. Prior to TechFiber, Sh Agarwal was Director on board at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) where he headed the GSM, 3G, CDMA, and WiMAX business lines as well as Director (Planning & New Services), where he headed the entire country’s networks planning and up gradation. He has more than 40 Years of rich experience across various access technologies: Mobility; Broadband; and Optical Fiber wkg in Government of India in various senior positions. He has many recognitions and certifications to his credit.

As Chief Operations Expert designate in TechFiber, Arun Kumar Gupta works with the senior leadership team at the company to carryout operations and maintenance of large Optical Fiber and wireless network infrastructure. Prior to TechFiber, Sh A. K. Gupta was Chief General Manager of Haryana state and looked after all services related matters of Telecom & IT services in Department of Telecommunications. He has more than 38 Years of rich experience across various access technologies: Mobility; Broadband; and Optical Fiber wkg in Government of India in various senior positions. He has many recognitions and certifications to his credit.
